Today we are making simple cards and also send all the elements to the young lady named Lindsay who is going to be in the hospital taking extremely intensive chemo for the month of June. Lindsay will have a lot of time on her hands and can use the extra pieces to make cards of her own. I am sending basically the same thing just in another colorway. She can paint the rose to match. I hope we get to see her finished cards.
I stamped my Alias Smith and Rowe rose twice and cut out the leaves and part of the rose of one image to pop up. The rose was painted with watercolor and then I added some stickles. I embossed the corners with a Cuttlebug ef and added dew drops!! I used a couple of strips of MS border CB'd the background paper and decorated the envelope and VOILA!!

What a beautiful card. Only you could define CAS as one layer of sparkle ;) . I have always enjoyed your matching envelopes - they really complete the look so nicely. Very kind of you to make such a lovely card for Lindsay.

Gorgeous rose and card. Wonderful coloring. I haven't seen an Alias Smith and Rowe stamp around in ages, but they sure did have some pretty ones. That ef makes a perfect frame for you rose.
