I have so little time this week that I had to wrap my three favorite challenges up in one card.
At MMTPT144 - The Fun Teapot Tuesday Challenge, we are coming up with houses that Realtor Rose can sell to Will & Kate. I don't have a single house or cottage or castle stamp so I opted for land - they can build something spectacular on this awesome 42,000 acres of land in the Wild Wild West. No paparazzi to worry about once the fences are electrified - just have to worry about helicopters and planes (Will can chase them down though - he is quite the pilot I understand). The WWW man occasionally runs cattle through the property but I am sure Kate won't mind that. I did a simple flower arrangement - after seeing her bouquet at the wedding, I know she will like this one. The newlyweds love the outdoors and hunting and this property is just perfect for them.
I used the lace and polkadots on this after seeing this super handbag on the IC283 Inspiration site: Henriettas Bags. This is a bag I think Kate would like as well - you know she was a designer. Here is the link to the bag:
I patterned my whole card after The Case Study Card #38 - this month's Muse is Sarah Martina Parker and the card we are studying this week is so awesome! Here is the link if you are interested but I warn you that you will want to case it for sure:

Heavens to Betsy Nancy, don't you know that Stacy is claiming she's Miss Kitty and I'm claiming to have the only real cowboys out there? So, what is this, our cowboy going after the royal couple. They are much too sophisticated for our hunk of rugged burnin' love. I can't believe Miss Kitty didn't give you a hard time. I heardz they have set a wedding date and everything...oooh, you can nevah trust these cowboys......Absolutely fantastic card Nancy. Such great special details for zee handsome cowboy!

All that I can say is wow, wow, wow! Is this a new genre - Masculine rustic chic? I love how you brought such disparate elements into play and made them work so well together. Your ribbons and lace are delightful and the raffia "corsage" is fantastic. I love everything about this treasure - beautiful way to rock those challenges!

How you did so many different challenges on one card amazes me. This is awesome. I love the scene-perfect for the tea party. The floral arrangement is so natural and beautiful looking to compliment that image. This is one fabulous card.
