Yesterday was a holiday here and we had friends round, so I've combined the TLC with today's Teapot challenge - as soon as the sneak peak I had an idea I'd be using Neighborhood today. If I decide the little rose stopper makes this awkward to post I'll find another bright and cheerful card for Charlotte.
I cut my base 9" x 4 1/2, the image panel is a bit smaller. Base is white card, papers are Basic Grey Sugar Rush.
I stamped the image on Bristol Board and coloured with distress inks. Glossy Accents on the doors, windows and kennel roof, AppliGlue for the clouds. Sentiment from Sincere Salutations stamped above the little row of house.
Green garden full of flowers on the base has white zig-zag stitching, although it doesn't show too well. Rose is made with Spellbinders Rose Creations - I haven't had time to play with them properly but I'm certainly looking forward to it.

Sabrina, this is so lovely...the DP on the base looks like wrapping paper for a gift and the rose stopper is so sweet and perfect here. Love your image and the coloring and those puffy clouds. Wonderful card for Charlotte.

Sweet card - love your gorgeous rose on the base. That neighborhood stamp is adorable - it even has a dog kennel. Your design paper is so pretty to go with it.
