Say, did you happen to see the Hallmark Special on TV Sunday? If you did, did you happen to catch Curt's "cameo"? He was the Happy black and white cow. That Curt, he just seems to show up everywhere.....like outside this Texas Bird n Breakfast wearing a billboard. Confused? Go here to see what the heck I'm babbling about.....then come back for a quick story...
Curt herd about Beulah, The Bluebird and her dilemma. You see she is now the owner of the Texas Bird n Breakfast but doesn't know how to attract customers. That's where Curt comes in. He's a walking billboard of advertisement. Plus he brought a small token gift in the red wagon for the Red Lexus owners. Always the thoughtful Cow. Hope those cobblestones aren't to rough on his hoofs!
...Oh, the mustache gang holding up my card are friends of Curt's. Crazy me, I opened up a drawer and Wal-la there they were. Don't remember buying them but glad I have them. One more thing, whoever is to the left of me I want to apologize for the smudged sign Curt is holding in his mouth. Somehow it got smeared right at the end. Wanted to blame it on the sign maker, but that would be ME! hehe
My day started off with a bummer, one of my parakeets passed on to the big bird house in the sky. So I was sad. But then after viewing some of the amazing teapot cards today, I am feeling much better! .....Thanks for stopping by! :0)

I got a real chuckle from this card!! One of my younger sisters used to buy our mother cow 'things' for gifts.....it all started when she was about 7 or 8 and my dad took her to the local general store (yes, I'm old enough to have shopped in a general store! LOL) and let her pick our whatever she wanted for mom for mothers day. Well it was a cream and sugar cow set. It became quite the conversation piece and it sort of caught on when my sister left home.....she picked up where she'd left off when she was little and began finding cow trinkets for mom again. She finally quit when our mother finally told her that she really didn't like cows! LOL LOL. Anyway.........I got off on a tangent there! Love your card.......very well done! TFS.
Curt, in all honesty, I've missed you. I've been MIA! I do look forward to seeing you every Tuesday you mooove me in so many ways! Sorry to hear about the birdie. : (

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news about your poor parakeet. Hope the galllery this week helps cheer you up.
I see Curt is in on another business venture. He's sure to attract plenty of attention in that sandwhich sign while towing a wagon of flowers. Beulah seems to be having a great time riding on Curt's back. Another fun Mutnik card. Love the way you drew the cobblestones and as always Curt is looking his best. His twin sidekicks are quite the handsome hunks too. LOVE it!!

I'm really sorry you lost your little bird, Cathy. As always, you've created a cute scenario with adventurous Curt, he has the most exciting life of any cow I know - well, I don't know too many, but you know what I mean! Fun, fun, fun and I like the little bluebird on the tail!
