This card is for today's IC Challenge and Monday's CAS - Flourishes Challenge.
Today's IC website is Rooms by Zoya B and is full of exquisite children and adult home furnishings and accessories. I went straight to the accessories tab and found immediate inspiration in this beautiful gemed tieback - link here: {Jeweled Holdback}
This week's CAS challenge was to use flourishes in your design - and for that I used the flourishes embossing folder which I love!
This card took very little time - it was nearly complete when I got stuck!! I stared and stared... Took the dogs for a walk, had a cup of coffee, and stared some more - fighting the urge to destroy the beautiful white space in the corners LOL!!
Finally I decided to add only a perfect row of larger gold pearls along the left side as a border. I need to practice at CAS cards - hope you all like this one.
Enjoy your Saturday!!

I know what you mean about finding it hard to keep CAS, but this card is a winner! Love the pretty flowers and the sponging, but all that lovely white on white is great!

I hear you on the white parts. But you know, just rounding those two corners made the white parts perfect. Love the embellished left side. This is just super elegant and so well done. Think I'll take Rosco dog for a walk and see what happens with my next card. hehe Love this one of yours. TFS :0)
