This is for today's tea party challenge and color challenge to use red, black, and white. The colors are obvious, but for the tea party challenge we were see if we could get by without stamps (though perfectly fine to sneak them in by the back door!) - I drew this paintbrush a while ago and have photocopied it since - hope that counts - let me tell you, to sneak a color printer in the back door under your painters smock, it takes an Extra Extra Large Smock!! (It was actually difficult getting THROUGH the door because I had to sneak in a computer too for the sentiment!)
The image is colored with copics and I doodled a frame.

Hey, I can relate girlfriend! I had to sneak four cowboys under my smock! Snort! Okay, this might totally be the most awesome card ever! I love the little gingham touch! I love the image you drew......and the sentiment is da bomb! Okay, come over here.....sit down, take a load out from under our smock and have a cookie with us! Whoo hoo...did you see how many of us are at the back door? The classroom is almost empty, before long the art instructor will be coming out here for someone to teach!

WOWZERS Bridget... this is fantastic! I would frame it and hang it in my stamp cave. Actually, I think I'll try and draw my own brush and CASE this masterpiece. LOVE it!

Oh I love this card. That sentiment is wonderful. I immediately looked to see where you got the paint brush stamp and sentiment. It would have been perfect for my son's birthday card. Then I saw that you had drawn the brush :( -- What a wonderful job you did though. Thank you for sharing this and the inspiration.
