Thank you, Joan for hosting the TLC Challenge today! This technique was quite different and I thought I should really give it a try... glad I did, but not sure I'll try it again!
I APOLOGIZE for this card! I have NO idea how my vision ended up here, but it did! I wasted far too much time on it NOT to upload!
Hope someone out there thinks it was worth it!
I used the pounding flower technique on the oval piece under the bow and stamped on of the leaves from Lexicon of Leaves, by SU!
I made my pansy using this technique a friend found on Youtube and shared with me:

Simply beautiful....love the color combination...Love everything the bow, the pansey and the poka dots..they all work so well together...A very charming card for a very good friend to enjoy!

Don't you dare give up on this technique! Yes, it's messy but when you get results like this it's soooo worth the trouble. This is just beautiful and I do mean BEAUTIFUL! Love the pansy too and thanks so much for the link to this.
