Too much ribbon, not enough time...
Julia's challenge today was to use ribbon, and I decided to push the boat out and try something a bit different. I stamped and coloured (in a hurry, we're going out with friends tonight) one of the new stamps DH gave me for our anniversary. Then I stitched ribbon along each side, stopping just short of each edge. Tied the ends together in a knot and stitched a tiny pink button on. Really I should have made a bigger card, but I don't have time, so I stuck it on a 5 3/4" square base, adding a HA sentiment cut with a Spellbinders ribbon tag. I used pink grosgrain threaded through the tag, and added a few pearls.
