WOW! Good morning! It's been quite awhile since making a card, let alone making a challenge one. I have been under alot of stress and took some time off. So much to do in so little time...But I am learning, that it takes One Day at a Time..God is helping through this process, so I decided to make a card today.
The Ways to Use it challenge today is to use Orange in our creations. I decided on a quick Easter card, because I am going to try to run this morning to relieve some tension, and try not to let the geese/ducks run after me today, like they have been. My BIGGEST FEAR. I started out by using DCVW dp onto barely banana c/s. I stamped the image usinga $1 stamp from Michaels with black stazon. I colored it with my colored pencils. I added a piece of banana c/s along the middle and a piece of ribbon. The image is mounted with barely banana and pumpkin pie c/s. I used my corner punch, SU piercing mat, and added brads to finish. The imaged is on with a pop dot. I also added brads for the corners. I just realized the ribbon is CROOKED, grrrr! Have a wonderful day! Thanks for having this challenge!
What do you think?

***My twin sister (stamp300) and I have a special request to ask. We are trying to get 85 birthday cards out to our mother who will turn 85 years on March 12, 2010. She has received a few of them already and is thrilled that someone that she doesnt even know has the time to send a hello. I want to thank those who have sent her cards already...it really does make her day.
One other thing, would it be possible to put your SCS screen name on the envelope also, so I can thank you in return.
