I hope Julia will forgive me posting a card I made a few days ago but forgot to upload here. Her way of stamping with this freesia stamp was part of the inspiration for this so I feel it's appropriate it becomes part of her challenge!
Leaves are cut freehand from a piece of black card coated in spray starch and Perfect Pearls and given some "oomph" by drawing on veins with an embossing stylus and then flipping over and doming out the areas in between by making tiny circles with the stylus.
Ink:
Adirondack dye ink by Ranger (Espresso and Latte)
Other:
Labels Four Nestabilities by Spellbinder
Pearls by Kaiser (tinted with Copic marker)
Vintage Lace
Grosgrain ribbon
Skeleton leaves
Spray starch
Perfect Pearls (Copper and Gold)
Sewing machine and thread

I like the combination of the grosgrain with the lace. Keep meaning to look for come more cotton lace myself - much easier than knitting it! And the houndstooth check BG is perfect to enhance the whole textile feel of the card.
