This card is for today's Limited Supplies Challenge(LSC241)! TodayÂ’s challenge is to do a FALL-themed card with stamps, paper, and ink . . . and NO embellishments! What....no buttons, no ribbon, no brads, no eyelets, no stickers, no rub-ons, no chipboard, no primas?
We can use diecuts (which include punches) and/or embossing folders. The focal point of your creation should be something STAMPED and not something diecut (you CAN use a Nestabilities die, for example, but there must be something stamped in center of it!). Thanks a bunch, Wendy!!!
Here goes!!! My Harvest Blessing card using faux brads and a faux ribbon tab. I think it is a cornucopia of faux fabulousness. I am using Sweet 'n Sassy digital stamp set called Harvest Fruits.
I made the background scripture paper. I colored my image using copics, I added some texture, sponging, faux brads, faux ribbon tab, and a border punch. My main image used a rectangle petite nestabilities with an image is inside of it. Also, my sentiment uses a nestie which is allowed as long as an image is stamped inside. I did not layered with any scalloped nesties as there would technically not be an imaged stamped inside, but that may be too much thinking on my part.
I have more blog detailing and commentary at this blog post.
