Such a fun sketch Rox. Thanks! I had stamped and colored this Whipper Snapper image last week and set it aside. It was colored with re-inkers and acrylic paints on w/c paper. Today it worked beautifully for the sketch challenge......here's what I did.....
Cut my already colored image out with my nesties, also embossed it. Sponge some color on the edges. This is #4 panel.
Made my #2 panel by using another one of the sponging kits I bought awhile back. I am loving this stuff. I did this one on glossy linen cs.
The #3 panel is white cs that I sponged some of the bronze paint on then sponged the edges with taken with teal.
The #1 panel is a kraft card. Put all my panels on the kraft card according to the sketch. Then thought, this needs something more. SO....
On a panel of acetate, I glued on the sprinkler head I drew and colored with copic markers. Turned on the hose and added the water lines. After all, these birdies needed some water in their bath. It was a cooker today! Didn't want them to fry! LOL
Wasn't sure how to put the acetate on, so I put a tiny glue dot on the corners, then I made some faux brads to cover the dots. Well, hope you like this. .........TFL :0)
Hi Sis! Did you get the picture of the dog sitting in the pool while I was cleaning it? She was so hot!

You always seem to add at least one element to your cards that really characterizes your style - in this one it is the sprinkler at the bottom shooting water upward to the bird bath. The images are ADORABLE and I love your coloring and the papers you used. Great job on the sketch Mutnik!!! TFS!
