This was for today's TLC, Rubber Band Stamping.
I made two samples, this one where I brayered the ink on, and another one with black EP where I sponged the ink on - but I haven't made a card with that yet. It was fun, but I found I needed to use a mouse mat to get a good impression on the card from the elastic bands.
I made the background following Lynn's instructions, using Versamark, silver EP and a Brilliance Peacock pad brayered on. My lovely Flourishes peacock arrived this morning, so I used that for my image. Stamped with Versafine Black, embossed with clear EP and coloured with H2Os. I chalked in a bit of background and edged the panel with silver embossing.
Because I didn't think to stamp the background big enough to fill a full card base, I used another of the Flourishes stamps on the top bare bit, embossed with silver as before. I also edged the top part with embossed silver too, and added a ribbon along where the rubber-band background ended. A couple of gems on the ribbon, and some Primas and that was it.
