well, this one had me racking my brain...your sketch challenges do stretch me, Roxi...however being a 'color outside the lines' kinda of girl...I think that's why I rebel! Hopefully, I am in bounds with this one. Thanks again.
I had to get this new stamp from PaperBag Studios dirty for the challenge today...it was inked with Memento Paris Dusk for the jeans and Adirondack espresso and Memento Rich Cocoa for the shoes and bg. I lightly embossed the shoes. This layout really was difficult for me, I cut squares with the bug and the postage die, using the middle for my squares. Notice they are missing...after trying to make those work...I cleared the counter, trashed my first idea and set about pulling this SC together! I used pieces from Crafty Secrets travel set...inked with the Mementos inks, cut and placed inside the postage leftovers from my first attempt! I stamped the guitar and music note from the Jazzed Up SU set.
The sentiment reads, 'THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS GETTING SOMEWHERE IS TO DECIDE THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO STAY WHERE YOU ARE'. Seems like you would need a compass, binoculars, and a guitar to lighten your spirit while you rested, what do you think?

Susan, I think you may have gone and done it today with this one! I have never seen a stamp like that one, and it's so perfectly fitting to your style! Oh how fun this one is... he's got everything he needs for his journey! Great embossing and one fabulous card.

You wouldn't think you racked your brain, this looks so perfect! Wow, but we never see what goes on before the picture is taken. I love this card, the statement and all your embellishments, a lot of love in this! Good show, just sublime!
