Hello everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic Labor Day weekend! We were away so I had to jump in on this one... going through withdrawal here! LOL!
Today's color challenge was to do a monochromatic card. I love monochromatic cards. I had purchased this ribbon thinking how perfect it would be with my dots and daisies bg. I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark, then Rose Red and clear embossed it. It is interesting how embossing the sentiment took the Rose Red just a tad brighter and darker than the matching paper. I used nestabilitles to cut the rectangles, used the Signo gel pen to do the dots, and sponged RR on all layers. I used the Fiskars Threading Water Edge Punch and the ribbon from M's. The bg is stamped in RR on GPW.
Quick simple card for our Church Prayer Ministry, of which my DH and I are coordinators. I needed something I was able to make a bunch of. Hope you like it.
Thanks so much for taking the time to look! Have a blessed day!

You know, Grace, I am often surprised at the difference in color...Embossing changes it, and the color you put it on has a lot to do with it too! I love the RED shades, as you know! This card is lovely...of course the sentiment has EVERYTHING to do with that! The bg stamp is one of my favs...I forget to use it until I am reminded. Thanks! And thanks for sharing such a pretty card!!

Grace this beautiful inspiration card is really gorgeous. I love the colors that you've chosen, the sentiment so moving and I really like the center band.
