I made this for today's technique challenge, Faux Dry Embossing. The flower image was stamped with craft white and then again with more mustard onto more mustard card stock. I made a grid pattern on the upper left side and then sponged along the lines on only two sides. Stamped itty bitty backgrounds in MM on the grid section. Sponged the edges. Matted with cream and chocolate chip. On the cream panel behind the main image I made another diamond grid design, sponges two sides and stamped with itty bitty bg. Punched out two borders with Martha Steward punch. Added the ribbon and the circle sentiment.

I couldn't figure out how you did that grid background. Thanks for explaining it -- it's gorgeous. And the faux embossed flowers are just awesome. Beautiful card!

I love the fantastic colors that you've chosen for your card. I really like the image and the faux embossing looks terrific. I also really like the sentiment tag, the scoring and the zigzag edging at the bottom.
