This is for WT180 to tear and LSC182 to use a a set that has not been used for a long time. I had a great time combining these challenges. I haven't been able to stamp much this week so I thought I would kill two birds with one stone. I love the set Give Thanks. It is one SU set that I will always keep. I especially love the bucket of apples and I knew the sunflowers cut and popped up and laying in front of the bucket and the popped pumpkins would create a great focal scene for my card. I chose to cut out the main layer and to pop it up over torn, pure white watercolor paper. I love the contrast with the white and great fall colors. I stamped all the images and watercolored with reinkers, water and a brush. I especially enjoyed trying to make the apples appear highlighted with the yellow. The sentiment with this set is so thought provoking to me as it seems we never really take the time to be really thankful for the wonderful and simple blessings we have.

Kittie - this is incredibly gorgeous. I'm going to put it into my favorites and when I feel gutsy enough, I will try casing this. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Oh, Kittie, I'm just seeing this and I love the stunning color. The highlights on the apples make them look so realistic and EDIBLE. Tons of wonderful work.
