Today's featured stamper is Shellapoo, aka Michelle. There couldn't be a more deserving stamper on earth! Congratulations Michelle! This card is for you to let you know how happy I am for you to be honored this way!
I tried to keep Michelle's sketch. I did have to square up my image panel because of the shape of the image. This image is courtesy of Peggy (Marilyn Preston... thanks you sweetie!) I colored it with Prisma Pencils and blended with Gamsol. I sponged around the edges with Close to Cocoa ink and So Saffron Pastel Chalk. I cut the image to a square except for a few leaves which are "out of the box", but I don't think the photo shows that because they are against the green bg... but the panel is popped up so IRL the leaves do show up fine.
I ran the lower panel through the bug and then sanded to distress and give color variation. I stamped the sentiment in Stazon Timber Brown, then masked and sponged the whole white cs as the main image panel. I used some hoarded Basic Grey Ribbon and a few page pebbles. I stamped an Inkadinkado bird on the envelope and the sentiment on the shown stamp is on the inside... "His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me". What a comfort that is to me! I hope this will be an encouragement to Michelle too!
Michelle, enjoy your day!

What a beautiful image and a delightful sentiment to go with is ( or actually that is part of a bible verse! ) May I ask where you got the sentiment ??
