This is a birthday card for a dear friend who is a fabulous baker - you know the kind that people ask to do their wedding cakes. Plus she has been like a mom to me. It is also for the CC177 GroovyWhiteSandy and Crafty Secrets 27 challenges -where you needed to tear and sew. I used Old Paper Distress Ink to help tone down colors for the vintage look. The stripes in the wallpaper are Sahara Sand but the photo doesn't quite pick this up.Thanks for looking!

Wow, I love that vintage little wanna b baker - how perfect for your friend! Your zigzag stitching is the best of all touches - it's so perfect with the clean lines! this is fabulous.
