Wow, oh, wow, Beth, what a great choice for the FS! I had such a great time in susiestampsalot's gallery and decided to case this card [/color]
I loved the circle paper Susan used and just happened to have. I changed the proportions and the top color and image, but the rest is similar.
I needed to make a thinking of you get well card and thought Susan's card would be the perfect jumping off point. I used MME Costo stack for the vibrant green (cuttlebugged with the spots ef) and pink solids. The burgandy burlap from Karen Foster was cuttlebugged with the mesh ef. I dry embossed the edges of my white and lime green paper (MME Kaliedoscope). The image is stamped in Espresso ink and embossed with detail clear embossing powder. I need a better brown ink as it didn't cover well. I finished it off with a stitched pink/white ribbon.
I loved visiting your gallery, Susan! Your vibrant use of color and many dimensional elements caught my eye. I hope you have a wonderful day being in the spotlight on SCS! Thanks for looking,
