I made this card for this weeks color challenge and my first attempt at Julee's Mojo Monday challenge. This took a little while as these colors are really outside of my comfort zone. Since I had to make a baby card for my cousin's shower I had an extra piece of criteria to build in....phew! I don't yet own a scalloped edge punch so I cheated by using an 1/2 circle punch to create my own. This also allowed me to use up some small scrap pieces...bonus!
