Thanks for the patriotic limited challenge today, Judy! I had the perfect stamp for this one in Artistic Outposts' new 'Hero' set! I do believe I adhered to all the restrictions...or was that suggestions!
I inked my flags twice. One on the GP white cs with TH di fired brick and faded jeans. Then I stamped again this time embossing just the flags and cutting some and leaving others for dimension. I popped this on foam. I used a tab (the BEST) from Karen Russell Narratives stickers. I distressed the edges of my image with a MM tool. The black script layer is DCWV silver script and then the card base is GP white cs. So I've got the 4 layers, 4 tools/embellies, and the 4 colors...RED, WHITE & BLUE.
I've been singing patriotic songs to myself all morning...my DH is out in his office, the boys are still gone and I admit, I'm a sap! I sing and cry and thank God for this country. Happy Birthday, America, land that I love!
Thanks for your comments and have a BLAST however you celebrate this day!

Susan, you've created another masterpiece! I love the flags and all the dimension you gave them - they look so real! What a wonderful tribute to today's celebration of our country and our freedom! Happy 4th to you!
