Hi! This card was made for today's Color Combination Challenge: Whisper White, Taken With Teal and Wild Wasabi.
Yesterday, my FIL called to let us know that he and my MIL would be breezing through our town on their way to Louisana to go on a BAYOU tour!
So....Since they wintered in the Florida Keys, I can think of nothing better than going to a Louisana Bayou in JULY to SWEAT to death and get bitten by mosquitoes the size of Speedy the Cat! (Hey, I married their SON! Kinda makes you think about my mental health, doesn't it? LOL!)
Bayou....hmmmm....AHA! I grabbed my Birthday Gator from H&M Stamps, stamped the image twice and cut off the birthday hat! Next, I used re-inkers and an aqua pen to watercolor the body. (I could have used my blender pen, but I wanted a deeper color!) I layered pieces with dimensionals.
The sentiment is computer generated.
Next, I drew Bayou grass with a marker and used Wild Wasabi re-inker/aqua pen to fill it in.
The dots were made with marker and Inkssentials pen.

This is way to cute--love your sentiment--it fits so perfectly!! Quick question--what is the name of the folder that you used for your background?? I need to order it!
