Today's limited supply challenge was to make a card with an unusual shape. This owl card is made completely with coluzzle and punch shapes. The inspiration for this card came from a Debbie Mumm sampler of quilt projects. I don't quilt, but hope to do a bit of it someday. Loved all the templates and patterns in the book. Have had it for years and never used it until today. Used the basic shapes for guidance in choosing my coluzzle cuts and did the details with punches.

Great use of punches. Believe it or not I get alot of inspiration from a quilt book. I think that quilting and cardmaking are alot alike. They use the same side of the brain. YKWIM. This is really darling. Great job. TFS

Love this! I wonfer if I could make a small quilt like this- my daughter is in the Chi Omega sorority and their mascot is the owl....Thanks for the inspiration- a set of cards like this may be easier....... TFS
