You've gone and done it again, Stef! Thanks for the inspiration. I chose many of the items, but this one was what was birthed! The others bits and pieces are in my lovely celadon Fire King scalloped bowl waiting for another limited (((JEN70))) scrap challenge!!!
Yesterday was a score for me at a local garage sale...5 sets of SU, unopended craft REAL RED, an old caddie my neighbor was looking for and the chair you see in the card. I've mentioned before about collecting chairs...I ADORE miniature chairs...this one was a quarter and I have it sitting on my OTT light base on my workcounter. The play everday was a gift from my DH on our anniversary...he's very wise...knows just what I NEED! After my original plans fell by the wayside, I decided I would take a picture of this vignette and share it with you. I printed the smallest image I was able, cut and UTEE'd it twice. The wonderful sentiment is from Impression Obsession inked with TH di fire brick and embossed in clear. I stamped it onto SU soft sky which had been stamped with one of the timeworthy (SU) images in ss. I used a Marvy punch to cut and then mounted it on a nestie circle cut from MM 29th Street Market brocade paper. The ribbon and fiber are knotted into both panels. The gorgeous bg is from Bohemia brocade paper (2007). I cuttlebugged it with Allegro on top and textile on the bottom half. My card base is an unknown burgandy.
I wish for each of you, fresh eyes today to be able to see all the beauty around you..I'm heading out for a little league double header...wonder in those fresh faced boys (and girl). I'll be back later to peruse the gallery and comment! Thanks so much for your time!!!

Susan, I love this! I love the beautiful red print, that wonderful quote, and the way you snapped a pic of a little treasured thing and lacquered it for your card.

Susan, you inspire me! You never cease to amaze me! When I look in the SU! catty at that kit "Amazing", I think of you my friend! Love love love the background here... and that chair... 25 cents! Oh please!!!! Why don't I ever find things like this??? Anyway, I digress... the piece de resistance (you add the french accent) is that wonderful sentiment! I need to find that.... I must! Hope it was a double header filled with fun moments and happy memories!

I do not know how you do it. That sentiment is AMAZING. I don't think my hubby even knows what a stamp is let alone how to look for one. Ha. This is terrific. I just love the garage sale score. I bet you were bubbling over with excitement. Great job. LOVE it. TFS
