Came home from work one day, sat down at my "craft" table and this is what happened.
I had this scene in my mind all day so I kind of knew what I wanted to do. I even drew a rough sketch on my daily route sheets...really rough. Anyway, took a piece of white cs, stamped the tree, horsey, part of the fence. Then I masked the tree and horsey and stamped the fence again. I used my stamp-a-ma-jig for placement. All stamping was done with brilliance graphite black and then clear ep'd.
Believe it of not, but I set this aside for about a month. Finally, I picked it up again and started coloring it with w/c pencils. Versa marked all images and clear ep'd them. Sponged the clouds on using my new cloud template. Sorry the sentiment covers the cool part of the clouds, but I made an oopsie that I had to cover up.....I didn't just type that, did I?...Oh well, mistakes happen.
Punched out a circle on my masking tape, sponged the sun. Put the cut out circle on the sun and sponged the sky. Sponged greens on the bottom for the grassy look. Then.......
Late tonight, and I mean Late tonight, I mounted this on blue linen cs then onto a white card which I sponged distress ink on the edges. Whew...that's it. Hope you like it. TFL :0)
