I made a set of 8 of these cards for a friend who's moving back to the States in a week or two. Does a monogram count for today's challenge? 'Cause that's what I used!
I used shimmery white cardstock to make these a little more special. After stamping all the flowers, I decided my Blush Blossom ink pad was in *serious* need of an ink refill, so I went back over all the stamped images with a BB marker to darken them up. Yeah, prolly would have been faster to get out the SAMJ and do it that way...The darker shade is Cranberry Crisp, stamped off once before stamping on the flowers. I didn't want the CC to totally overwhelm the Blush Blossom.
I'll be giving these cards to Sly on Sunday, she invited us over for dinner that night. Hope she likes them!
