I made the lacey bottom by scalloping the edge of the white strip with the Slit Punch and then used the 1/8" circle punch to punch a hole out of each scallop.
I made the sticks of the popsicles with the word window punch on Sahara Sand paper. Then I dragged the piece across the ink pad to give it a wood grain look.
The popsicle part itself was made with the Key Tag punch. To give it the icy wet look I pressed it into the versamark pad and embossed in clear. I also embossed the sentiment using my craft pad and clear EP

Thanks for your how-to on the popsicle sticks. I thought they were 'real' but your method would make mailing so much simpler (with no concern about breakage). A terrific card.
