This was a great challenge; nothing but circles. So this is what I came up with.
I had a hard time getting a good pic since it was already dark, so the colors are a little off. The turq panel on the right was spritzed w/ bleach, edged w/ a marker and attached to an ivory panel then to the teal card.
The large, ornate circles w/ the bird are two different stamps. The circles are all one that I stamped on turq and ivory c/s then cut, punched or die cut and reassembled. The ivory ring, circle and birds are all popped up.
I did the same thing to the circles down the side. The outer circle is a set from PTI and the inner is a circular flower from Studio G. Brads were added to four of the popped up layers. Except for the dots around the borders, all dots were already there; I just went over them w/ a clear glaze pen. The border dots were done w/ a teal gel pen then gone over w/ the clear glaze pen. TFL
