The first time I saw the Ginger Blossom DP in the SU catalog, I did NOT like it--at all!! But, as SCS is so wonderful at doing, I saw several gorgeous creations made using this DP, and it started to grow on me....so I ordered a package. Now, I love it!! The colors are still a bit bright, but it's just what I needed to use when I finished with Christmas items. I really like the large flower in the Embrace Life set--it just begs to be watercolored! The large flowers on the main image panel are trimmed and double-layered with dimensionals to give them some depth. I tried some of the Poison Ivory shimmery cardstock as well. I really like this stuff, and it's so nice to have shimmery ivory CS as an option. Added another ribbon 'poof'...that seems to be a requirement for my creations before I feel like they're 'done'. Hope you like it--thanks for looking! Have a great day!
P.S. Due to several requests, I'll be posting a tutorial for the ribbon 'poof' on my blog on Monday. Stop by & say 'hi' if you're interested. Thanks!
