Having fun with my new set, Nursery Necessities, and thought that it was the perfect set for this week's Try a New Technique challenge (TLC146). I had a blast paper piecing this little boat.
For the build-a-brad I used the chick from this set. I inked the chick with Barely Banana and then went over the edge of the stamp with Basic Black and stamped it onto Confetti White. For a little glitz, I went over the image with stardust pen prior to punching it out and setting it on the build-a-brad.
I added dashes with white gel pen under the sentiment and traced the letters with stardust pen to pop it out a little bit.
The boat is paper pieced using Cutie Pie DP.
TFL!
