And now for something a little different. Splitcoast challenges are my starting point for so many projects, so this morning I said I would use today's challenge to complete my RAK to a 6yo boy. So I was a little confused as to how I could make a tea bag holder for a little guy! So what if instead of tea, it held tattoos?
I tried Julie Buhler's No Copic No Problem technique with the SU markers on watercolour paper, and I'm a believer...I can't believe how well they work on the WC paper, and how much easier it was (for me) than ink. I made the tea bag holder to spec, except that I didn't use a wide spine, since my intention was to mount it on a card. I added a few brads, although, I did one of my favorite faux brad techniques on the corner and slit tab...that is punch a 1/8" circle and put a drop of Crystal Effects on it.
I think it turned out so cute for the little guy! What do you think?

This is a fabulous card! Your coloring turned out amazing and you are inspiring me to try the No Copics, No Problem tutorial. I've had it saved but have not gotten around to trying it... too many Christmas projects going. Thanks for sharing!
