A story told in the method of our dear Mothermark:
1. My goodness, I did enjoy making this card and since I have been home sick all week I have been incorporating little organizational tasks to my days. I put all my stickles and liquid pearls in rainbow color order and took out the burgundy for this card. I know I looked at the bottle and admired the deep claret color, and thought to myself, *this will look so pretty on my hearts*....
2. Well, after searching and clearing out and organizing, 2 hours later the stickles are NOWHERE to be found, I did find my cotton candy stickles in with my cardstock and I hadnt even know I had lost them coz I think I forgot I bought them... hmmmmmm...... do you think I have too much stuff???
3.Anyhow, the more I looked at my card the more I thought, *this doenst need stickles, everything I make does not have to shimmer and sparkle, it can be pretty in other ways....* so.... no burgundy stickles on this card but I will sure get a good laugh when they appear in my craft room!!
4. Cindy, Deborah, anyone out there, have YOU seen my burgundy stickles?? Do you think Naomi is hiding them on me for a good laugh?? Do you think I ne ed to lay offthe cough syrup while I am stamping????>>

Come to think of it...I have not seen Gert in about 24 hours. She has been accused many a time for lifting stuff when others aren't looking....could be Naomi playing tricks on you and Thelma is another possibility....At any rate, if they don't show up....don't bother to tell me...I am askeered of Gert!
Wonderful stickles-less card...it is very pretty without!

NO, no, NO! Don't lay off the cough syrup! You write the most amusing stories when you're slightly loopy! And the card is beautiful, even WITHOUT the burgundy stickles (which, by the way, are NOT at my house... at least, I don't THINK they are but I DO need to straighten my stamping space!) :-)
