I made this card for the Japanese Stab Binding Technique challenge.. Main image stamped with stazon jet black on textured cream card stock. Coloured with prismacolor pencil crayons and gamsol. I stamped the background with itty bitty background stamp in really rust and old olive, edges inked with really rust. matted with textured paprika and artichoke, next with cream.
Main card textured artichoke, next paprika and dp is Basicgrey - Lucky Karma. I cut a 1" strip of artichoke and scored at 1/2". added a strip of paprika and attached at the left side. Punched 5 holes and bound it with green ribbon. I stamped the sentiment (I love you) in old olive on cream. pierced it and did the same binding around it. inked edges and matted it. Popped up with dimensionals.
