The scallop circle is punched out of the Dashing paper, but you can't tell that. It looks like I put a red piece/scallop circle on top of the paper....oh well, I tried.

Rhonda, you did a great job combining challenges to make a terrific card! This paper is so scrumptious, and the *inverted* punching is such an interesting change from the norm!
