first chance I've had to play with my new Thomas Kinkade image!! Cornish Heritage Farms recently released some new ones! I wanted to use the sentiment that goes with it but it didn't fit where I wanted it to go.
Colored with prismacolor pencils blended with baby oil (works just like gamsol/turpenoid)
Used my new Spellbinders Nestabilities from Ellen Hutson to layer.
Tulle backgrounder stamped in Ranger distress ink weathered wood and sponged with the same.
Wood Grain backgrounder stamped in weathered wood and sponged with brushed corduroy and frayed burlap.
Sentiment is from another CHF image of a lighthouse.

oh Dawn......what a fab creation.....I actually just received all three of these...the lighthouse, the wood bark, and the tulle (since I wasn't planning on shopping in MB, I ordered these as my trip 'treats' and they were waiting when I got home yesterday........however....I WILL NOT be coloring mine.....will be using my lighthouse in a simplified way.....but I admire your colored version and would love to 'play' a bit

This looks awesome with the wood background paper! Beautiful image (those TKs are just fabulous!) and the sentiment still fits very well! Kudos to you on a wonderful card!
