This is my card for the twill challenge. I made this card for my friend Stamps'NCoffee (Joycelyn). This is my story:
1. Joycelyn is always doing nice things for me and it's payback time! That sorta sounds like a threat, it's not!
2. Let's just say that she is *there* for me when I need her to be! Some of the things she does for me are borderline illegal! Just joshing!
3. Did you know she likes coffee? Snort!
4. Ever since I was a little girl I always thought drinking coffee in the morning was a grown up thing. I have never really gotten over that and never really liked coffee...but since it's a grown up thing...I do it...every morning.
5. My photographer makes a pot first thing in the morning, I come down get a cup and go back up to stamp. I have to put all kinds of *stuff* in it to make it bearable! I take a couple of sips, begin to make my daily card and forget all about it.
6. Each morning when I start my next card, I have to dump out the previous day's coffee so that I don't knock it over and ruin my card or flip ribbon in it!
7. Joycelyn...I am so impressed that you are all *grown up*!!

Looking at this card could make anyone want to grow up and drink coffee. It has such an inviting look to it. I like the paper piecing and that photo corner looks great on the tag.

Well, as you know, I'm a HUGE coffee lover; therefore, I am grown up and, therefore, I get to be Joycelyn's best friend because we share that commonality. You can be her second best friend since you're not really grown up.
Okay, now onto your card. It's fabulous! It's lovely! It's pretty! Love the paper piecing and that chipboard for the steam is so creative. You rock! Joycelyn will love this!
