I've been wanting to make a card like this for a long while; just never got to it until last week's basic gray challenge. Boats and wheel are stamped/rolled in basic black and colored with markers. I tried my hand at drawing a pier with an artist pen then colored with the choc chip marker. The "sea" below is CTMH ocean marker. Stippled soft sky around the houses. The tugboat is popped up on pop dots, and the "pumpkin boat" is popped on dimensionals so one's higher than the other. They're attached with a piece of MS thread. The puffs of "smoke" are popped up on dimensionals as well.

Love this!! What a creative mind! Being a Navy wife, I can see me casing this...if I can find a carrier stamp...but to make a scene with the ships pulling in! Thanks for the inspiration!
