What I did to cut the circle and yet have an intact fold was to score and fold the cardstock for a 4.25 x 5.5 card size. Set my cutting tool to cut a 4.25 inch circle. With your fold on the left, find the center of your circle and move your cutter about ¼” to the left of center. This will prevent cutting part of the folded cardstock.
I cut the under layer with decorative scissors and attached it to the inside of the card. When the card is open one side is navy, the other yellow.
The layered edge with flowers is only on the front of the card and the brad prongs are between the yellow and navy cardstock.
The larger of the image circles is set up on two pieces of scrap that was used on the kitty image panel so the larger panel sits even on the card.
Ink distressing is done on all layers and the flowers.
Re inker and artist brush colored the kitty and the fish bowl.
