I photocopied some ideas from SCS in black and white and had them to refer to in my craft room. I decided to go off this one. Well, I looked in my favorites after I finished it to find out who created it and low and behold it was Lauraly. I am a huge fan. Thanks again Lauraly.
I changed a few things but the basic design is on dimensionals (what would I do without dimensionals?). I punched several giga scallop circles to configure the scallops behind the very vanilla image - I'm sure there's an easier way, I just don't have the tools. TFL!

This is beautiful! I love anything with polkadots, and I especially like how you did your ribbon treatment. I can't believe the patience you had to punch out all those scallops to get your large scallop! There's dedication to a mission! LOL!
