These were my wedding shower invitations. I cased the layout concept from something I saw from Impress Rubber Stamps (it was in one of their galleries a long time ago)...
The dress/front is whisper white which is attached with 1/4 inch fold and sticky tape to the elegant eggplant. The flowers were from the SU punch that has 3 different flowers and they are adorned with little Swarovski crystals. The stamp is from Impress.
FYI, for those of you who want to know, I printed the info out on vellum in a purple ink and then cut the vellum to fit so that it also looked like the dress ... meaning you could not see the excess, make sense? To get it to fit right I started with left justified and just played around (trial and error!). This fits in a #10 business type envelope. ***Edited to mention that I do not have the dimensions (I've gotten LOTS of emails about this), but I'm sure you can measure a #10 envelope and design accordingly***

wow, i can't believe you made a bunch of these for invites... i commend you! i just got married and the thought of making every bridal shower invite was scary! congrats!

This simply took my breath away! Awesome! My daughter is getting married next month and I was browsing the gallery trying to find ideas for bridal shower invitations and saw yours. I hope you don't mind my CASING yours... It is soooo elegant. TFS
