I don't have the stamp in front of me but SU's Favorite Teddy Bear would be a great substitute.
I had some great dark blue paper that felt thick like wallpaper (it's the layer underneath the outside sentiment). I used a scrap of this to stamp the bear (I stamped on the back with Night of Navy Classic ink and carefully trimmed with my friend's Cutterpede scissors - nice and sharp and comfy to hold).
After the bear was cut out, I taped the paper together so it could be used as a stencil. I used a stencil brush and Brocade Blue Classic (dye) ink. Unfortunately I had a smudge so the placement of the cut-out bear was adjusted to allow room t=for the other piece to cover the smudge. But I think there is enough top suggest a shadow.
I used two layers of 3M foam tape (the wide one that comes on a roll) in strategic spots on the bear. I also used it on the sentiment.
The inside sentiment is a vellum quote from those books (thanks scrapjanny!) and a charm from my local stamp store was glue-dotted (oooh, new word usage!) over the ampersand. The vellum was folded over a piece of Brocade Blue (just over the top, since I trimmed the vellum too short) and taped to the back. So I used two silver brads to hold the bottom in place and attached this to the card with SNAIL.
