This is for the Sketch Challenge SC116, a birthday card for my dear friend Linda (LABullard), who taught me how to make folded boxes out of cardstock. It is fitting that she should have a tiny box on her card! (Link to directions here- Gallery at Splitcoaststampers)
Inside the box is a tiny rubber stamp and some brads that are just perfect for her- I was tickled pink to find them! The tag on top of the box is actually the whole stamp on white Polyshrink, in which I punched 2 holes before I shrank it. I cut 2 slits on either side of the lid to allow me to thread the ribbon through it, and tie it on the top of the tag, with a lavender spiral clip. The right hand panel is raised on Dimensionals, and I used the Word Window punch to show the *special day* portion of the stamp on the panel below. The whole card is dusted with Dazzling Diamonds glitter, and lightly sprayed with silver spray glitter as well. I hope she is pleased.
Thanks for looking! Maddy

First of all... if I were Linda, I'd look! But maybe she's got more willpower than I do... this is so pretty and cheerful - I just adore the little box idea!

Wow! I have never used polyshrink before! Love what you did with it. Don't be surprised if you find me in front of Mike's with my nose pressed against the glass waiting for them to open! (LOL)
