This card is for the Crystal Clear WT89 challenge. I got some new paper over the holiday and thought it would be a good time to break out that chipboard I've been hoarding in my cupboard! Paper is from the DCWV Old World Matstack. I used Crystal effects on the sentiment and the flower. I forgot what the technique is called, but I inked up my linen bg, then stamped the poinsettia on the BG stamp and stamped the poinsettia on paper. Then I painted a thin layer of crystal effects over it. Used gel ink pen for the center of the flower, then quickly put on some glassy glaze and heat set for a raised bubbly effect. The reds are all cranberry crisp IRL, though they look different in the photo.
Thanks to Cindy for letting me know the name of the technique - *kissing*. Now how could I have forgotten that one!!!!
