The tote is an adaptation of a 2-4-6-8 box, but it's cut 5 3/4" x 11" and scored at 3/4", 5 1/4", 6" and 10 1/2". Score the long side at 3/4". I have five cards in it but it will hold six comfortably. See Post #3 of this thread for rmower's really great 2-4-6-8 instructions:
