I colored the images with watercolor crayons and an artist brush, just because I own one it doesnÂ’t make me one, the stamps sure help!
I hadnÂ’t planned on using the linen over the image but when stamping the yellow layers I grabbed the wrong piece and it was doneÂ…so the other two followed suit. I rubbed the edges in the black stamp pad for a more defined edge.
The butterflies are cut out and tacky glued to the card; with the other layers elevated they truly look in flight.
The punched flowers are double thickness glued together in the center so in real life youÂ’ll see the layers. They also get a score down the center of each petal then using my largest dry embossing stylist I do a circle motion in the center while they lie on a paper towel which gives them a 3D effect.

Such beauty. Your canvas and linen bg are wonderful. I will have to case the way you used the itty bitty bg - cleaver. Punched flowers and cut out butterflies add so much texture to this card. Fabulous coloring.

Well Rox, you did it again. This is beautiful. I wouldn't have espected anything else. The napkin was beautiful, and a lot of beautiful cards have been made.
