I couldn't manage to sit through the whole video but watched and skipped and then did my own thing when it came to painting. I used Paynes Grey as my background colour but it is actually quite blue and nicer than many of our UK grey skies in winter. It was quite a fun process and I like the result

Beautiful consistency in your "snowballs" and really artful placement of the gathering snow on those out-stretched branches. It looks like you just snapped a picture.
