I mostly drink weak Earl Grey and herbal teas, but I delved into the back of my kitchen cupboard and found the teabags I used to use for my MIL, brewed one up and left the watercolour paper to sit in it for a while. I also dabbed it with the teabag after removing it from its bath.
When dry, I stamped with the Very Vintage wheel. I thought of using the ODBD lace border which Polly always uses so effectively, but there wasn't enough of the piece of watercolor paper left, so I used a narrower one, and added a line along the edge with gold pen. I found an appropriately coloured TH butterfly (on mineral paper) in my butterfly box, and added a few dots of gold Liquid Pearls here and there. Cream base embossed with Weathered from Taylored Expressions. This went to my SIL who hosted us for a Christmas dinner on the 27th when we returned to Dublin.

What a gorgeous layered design you've created! I love your dyed panel, with the gold borders, and scalloped edges. Laying it on your embossed panel just adds such lovely texture, and that butterfly is beautiful!
