This is my closest approximation of this week's color challenge, I substituted Island Indigo for the Pretty Peacock. This card is also for this week's Teapot Challenge to send some butterflies to encourage Jane. I used this week's sketch challenge as my layout.
I dry embossed the vellum background panel and also the two horizontal strips. I stamped the butterflies in the three colors and sponged the edges of that panel adding "splatter" with a stamp. I die cut the circle and stamped the sentiment and adhered everything flat to keep it mailing friendly.
Thanks for the challenges and thanks for looking!

Gorgeous. This spicy combo of colors makes one delightful card. I love the trio of butterflies and how they appear to be flying off into the sky. Each of the embossed bg panels add a beautiful note of texture. Great use of this week's colors and a lovely gift to Jane. Fabulous card.

Beautiful! Love the way you stamped the butterflies, large up to small and flying upward. The embossing is lovely, especially on the vellum. Nicely done!
