The bg (I think) was rainbow ink applied to an acrylic block, spritzed and stamped on to glossy white cardstock.
I stamped an ancient (1999) PSX image onto ivory cardstock, embossed with gold glory and added a bit of color with Arteza markers. Fussy cut the image and mounted onto my pastel bg and framed with more gold.
Hand lettered the greeting with a metallic gold gel pen.

First of all, I’m impressed with your hand lettering! And I love that tea set and flowers against that soft background… such a pretty and classy PSX stamp… I miss their artwork. Very lovely card, Linda!!

Beautiful stamp and great fussy-cutting. I like the vibrant flowers against your soft background. They remind me very much of my favourite rose in the Rose Garden in the Botanic Gardens here.

marvelous - my first thought was the 'vintage' look is exquisite.. no one takes the time for "tea with friends" these days, I'm glad we can do it at least on paper ! You did fabulous job on the detailed coloring...Thank you

What a lovely PSX image .... they always had the very best images! I think this tea time design is going to melt Vera's heart ... what a precious card to lift her spirits!

Well, if I am giving Vera the Royal Treatment, you are certainly treating her to a Royal Tea. This is gorgeous. I love the soft effect you achieve for the bg and how beautifully it shows off that fancy, elegant tea set. Vera is sure to love this. Awesome card.
